2021 Winnebago Adventurer Class A Motorhome. 37 feet long with 3 slide outs for a spacious interior and more features than you can imagine!Due to NY insurance rules, Available Only AS A Stationary Rental at its current location, or for an additional fee, we will drive it and set it up at your location within 10 miles.The rear master bedroom (which closes off from the rest of the coach with a sliding door) has an rv-king-size bed with overhead storage, full wall cabinetry with 6 drawers and a triple closet behind the television, full bathroom with sink, expansive countertop, lots of storage, spacious shower, and a foot-flush toilet.In the hall is a large pantry over a washer/dryer combination unit, a half-bath with storage galore, and the command center for operating everything from the solar system and inverter to the plumbing system, drop down bunk, and slide outs.The kitchen is a beauty with a large residential refrigerator, gas and induction cooktop, convection oven and microwave, double basin stainless steel sink with pull out spray faucet, solid surface countertops, and lots of storage including under sink, wall cabinets, and many pull-out drawers.In the living room, you'll find a 4-seater dinette, pull-out 2-seater sofa bed, and a buffet space with "televator" (tv with an electronic lift) overtop an electronic fireplace. The large, comfortable dinette converts into a 6ft long bed and also features a pull-up serving space option to reveal storage underneath the table top. The sofa quickly and easily pulls out into a foam full-size bed (a real bed, not a jackknife).In the cab area, there are two captains chairs that swivel all way around to finish off the living room area when parked, and above is the electronic drop-down bunk.Outside you'll find a nearly full length electronic awning, entertainment center with tv and stereo, underneath storage, generator, propane tank, and water command center which includes an outdoor sprayer.Cosa è inclusoRental includes cookware, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, mugs, silverware, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and toaster. RaccomandazioniFish Creek Pond Campground and Day Use Area and Rollins Pond are just 5 miles away and have water access. There's a great camp store there as well and the Upper Saranac Lake Marina. Entrance for hiking to Deer Pond is about 1/4 mile away. Panther Mountain hike is a short distance as well as Mount Ampersand with beautiful 360-degree views of the area from the peak. This is a great base camp for everything you want to do in the Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, and Lake Placid area, whether hiking the Adirondack trails and mountains, enjoying water sports on one of the many local lakes, or experiencing the Olympic heritage sites!
