17 ft Travel Trailer. Brand new appliances-refrigerator, microwave, 2burner range with range hood/exhaust fan. New vinyl flooring. Shower with tub. Tires are new. Bluetooth speaker provided for outdoor use. 8ft awning outside for plenty of shade. Plates, bowls, cups, and plastic utensils are provided (bring your own linens/pillows). Only weighs 3500 lbs!! Great for almost any truck to pull. The trailer requires a 2 inch ball. We do not provide a hitch. Stabilizing bars are not needed for the trailer. We provide a generator for a fee.No smoking allowed inside. No pets. Deposit will be lost if smoking/pet hair is found inside. We do not provide cleaning supplies. Do not travel into Mexico. We will deliver anywhere in Tucson for $50.Accommodates 5. 2 adults and up to 3 children. Do not recommend for more than 4 adults because of space.
