Kitchen includes a 2-burner stove top, refrigerator, microwave, and all your basic kitchen utensils. The bathroom does have a toilet and shower along with a linen closet with towels and washcloths. Bathroom is also stocked with your basic necessities.
Stay cool or cold at night with a roof top ac unit that will keep it as cool as you need it for comfort. There are 2 vents in the ceiling one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom with exhaust fans.
This camper also has a gas fireplace in the kitchen if you just wanted to sit on the couch with a little fire scene.

We do require you to get rid of all trash in a trash receptacle and clean the camper to the condition you received it.
This does NOT include provided bed linens or bath towels and washcloths. We ask that and dirtied linens, washcloths be piled in the floor of the shower.
All tanks are to be drained or there will be an additional charge. Do NOT drive with any water in the holding tanks! This could lead to damage to the hanger system of the tanks.
If you have any questions please ask or do research. Youtube is loaded on information on this camper and many others.
Note* I can do delivery if I have time which is very rare. It never hurts to ask. Delivery charge is $4 a mile 1 way. That does not include and other fees such as cleaning, emptying tank etc.
Also it is possible to puck up the night before your trip for a small addition fee. Early pick up fee is $50 not including the insurance and/or taxes. So if you want to leave of a Friday earlier than 6pm. Arrange for the early pick up.

5This was the cleanest camper I've ever seen (might as well be brand new). Quinton is the most helpful host, we were first time "haulers" and he could not have been more helpful. I don't write reviews often (and they are usually negative when I do), but this could not have been a better experience. Awesome!
