Clean and comfortable, high-end 5th wheel with full kitchen. Very well maintained!Large living room with stereo, flat screen smart tv, hide-a-bed, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, new loveseat, 3 slide outs, 2 a/c units, heat. Large, tinted windows provides great views!Private bedroom with king bed, flat screen smart tv., upgraded mattress, lots of closet storage, drawers and cabinets. Large floor to ceiling window plus 2 small windows. Dyson vacuum.Full kitchen with full size residential refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, convection/microwave oven, cookware, utensils, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker (both Keurig and regular), coffee cups, Wine/Bottle Opener. Dining table with leaf and 4 chairs. Paper towels, kcups, dish soap, sponge and trash bags are provided.Please bring your own towels/linens or we can supply them for an additional fee. See add-ons during checkout. There is a mattress cover which is washed & sanitized after each rental, it should remain on the bed under your sheets to protect the mattress. There will be a few towels in the camper I leave in there in case of spills, etc. that may need to be cleaned up to prevent damage to our camper.Bathroom -Toilet Paper and soap provided. We also keep items such as sunscreen, bandages, etc. in cabinet. Feel free to use.Delivery IS Required. We do not allow pickup. Weekday delivery/departure normally available 5pm or later. Weekday pickup/return is normally 9am or earlier. Times may be negotiable, check with us if these times create an issue.Outdoor items: large rug, beach/camping chairs, small table, grill, corn hole game, lantern, fan.The Prep Fee is per stay for stocking unit, maintenance and sanitizing.Prefer no dry camping but will consider with details, additional fee will be charged for dumping and generator. Amy provides quick, detailed communication and is very accommodating, even for last-minute requests. She consistently delivers the RV on time and sets it up completely, inside and out, at the guest's RV park.

Amy did a fabulous job in every way! Very good communication. The unit arrived on time. Very clean. Very well equipped. In good working order. The photos really don't do it justice. It was super nice! I highly suggest that you take the opportunity to enjoy this rental. We will definitely look to them for any future rental needs. Thank you!

The owner's communication was very quick and detailed. The unit was amazing. Very clean and welcoming. They delivered to our RV Park and set it up inside and out. I highly recommend them.

We deliver, setup and pick up. Dry camping requires approval, send me details. Max 4 ppl. No animals/pets. No smoking. Camper should be left in the same clean condition it was in when you took delivery of it to avoid a cleaning fee. Be sure to review add-ons to see if there are any items you might need to add. Linens/towels will not be provided unless you select that as an add-on at check-out. Weekday delivery/departure is normally available 5pm or later. Weekday pickup/return is normally 9am or earlier. Times may be negotiable, check with us if these times create an issue. Weekends are normally flexible.

Please remove all of your belongings, food and trash. Vacuum, clean shower, etc. Camper should be left in the same clean condition as it was in when we delivered it.

We are happy to help you in any way possible so you can have an enjoyable camping trip! Please feel free to ask any questions. We want you to feel at home and therefore we keep the camper stocked the same way it would be stocked when we camp. We pride ourselves for keeping our camper very clean so that every renter can relax in a clean and comfortable environment, so we just ask that you return it to us in the same clean condition.
