Camper Rental Rules & Guidelines Welcome, and thank you for renting our camper! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and follow the rules below. 🚐 General Rules 1. No Smoking/Vaping – Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper. A cleaning fee of up to $250 will be charged if smoke odor is detected. 2. No Pets – Unless pre-approved, pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pet presence will result in a cleaning fee. 3. No Off-Roading – Camper must stay on paved roads or maintained campsites. Off-roading or rough terrain use is not permitted. 4. Respect Occupancy Limits – Do not exceed the number of guests listed in the rental agreement. 🧼 Cleanliness & Care 5. Return Clean – Please return the camper in the same condition it was rented. This includes wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, and emptying trash. 6. No Harsh Cleaners – Only use mild, non-abrasive cleaners provided (if any). Avoid bleach or ammonia-based products. 7. Protect the Surfaces – Use cutting boards and trivets; avoid setting hot items directly on counters or tables. 🚽 Tanks & Utilities 8. Empty Tanks – Renters are responsible for properly emptying the black and gray tanks before returning. A dumping fee may apply if not emptied. 9. Use RV-Safe Toilet Paper Only – Only use the provided or RV-approved toilet paper to prevent clogs. 10. Water and Electrical Hookups – Follow all local site rules when connecting to water and power. Do not overload circuits always utilize the surge protector. 🛠 Damage & Emergencies 11. Report Any Issues – Notify us immediately if something breaks, leaks, or malfunctions. 12. No Unauthorized Repairs – Do not attempt repairs without contacting the owner first. 🔐 Security & Safety 13. Lock It Up – Lock all doors and compartments when unattended. 14. Fire Safety – No open flames inside. Campfires must be a safe distance from the camper.
