We are renting our camper this winter! We have previously traveled for work, in a pre-kid past life, and thought perhaps someone else was traveling for the winter and would like to use our camper in warmer climates this winter.We purchased this camper new in July 2022 and have used it about 20x over the past 2 summers. We have absolutely loved it! The bunkhouse layout with single slide-room fits our family of 4 (and our dog) very comfortably, and with the convertible dinette bed, there are sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. There is plenty of interior and exterior storage for all of our camping gear and it's easy to stay organized when packing for trips and unloading at campsites. The motorized awning provides great shade on hot days and cover when it rains - it almost feels like an extra room! The awning and slide-out are controlled by a simple switch just inside the main door that operates by battery when not plugged in (and when plugged into shore power as well).The camper is extensively equipped with amenities, including rooftop A/C, propane furnace, 2-burner propane stove, microwave, apartment-size refrigerator and freezer (these can also run on the battery, which was very helpful when we needed to keep food cold while traveling and didn't want to bother with ice and a cooler), bluetooth speakers (inside and out), exterior lighting, flush toilet, water heater, and shower. Also included will be a 25 ft 30-amp electrical cord, 25 ft freshwater hose, leveling jack tool, spare tire (mounted at rear bumper), grey/black water drain hose, and two sets of wheel chocks, as well as all original paperwork/instruction manuals/etc.I have attached screenshots of the floor plan and specs of the camper directly from the KZ RV website. We were able to tow this with our 2015 4Runner, and any vehicle with at least a 5,000 lb tow rating should be able to handle it when properly equipped and loaded.Please feel free to reach out with any specific questions! Hi! We are Jess and JJ, we have two young boys and a dog. We have lived a fun travel life and love to continue our travels with our kids on the weekends these days. We previously lived in a renovated school bus and loved to travel the country that way. Now that we have kids, we have a very convenient and well-designed "weekender", our KZ Sportsman with bunk beds! We are happy to rent it out for others to enjoy as well!
