What a Royal Glamping/Camping experience for the family, couples or your Best Buddies Club! I have a few businesses that keep me very busy and I don’t have the time to get away in this beauty like I would love to. But this Beauty is beautiful inside and out and is a people pleaser. Sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Beautiful inside with modern decor. Well equipped kitchen with a full-size coffee pot to get your day started, larger than standard fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, large pantry!, all cookware & utensils needed, serving bowls, plates, glassware, spices! Master bedroom w/ queen bed, dresser and closet. Bedding provided (comforters, bed pillows, blankets). Sheets & towels can be provided at additional cost-guests are welcome to bring their own. 2 Slide-outs! Dinette folds down into bed, sofa turns into bed also. Roomy shower, good storage space in bath.
Smart TV, AM/FM stereo. DVD player. Outdoor speakers. Lots of great windows all with black-out privacy blinds.
Large outdoor slider entrance, awning, rugs, camping chairs, lounge chair, outdoor tables. Outdoor gas camping grill & table.
Cleaning: $150 non refundable cleaning fee, although there are some requirements included in manual. There will be an extra $100 charges if deep cleaning is needed.
Hours OF Operation: RV will be picked up at pre-arranged time day of check-out depending on & delivered late afternoon at pre-arranged time on day of check-in. Renter must be there at check-in time for walk-through. Otherwise a late fee will be charged.

There are several activity books and brochures included with the camper to peruse at your leisure. I must receive a copy of renters drivers license in advance for verification. Whoever is renting the RV must be the one renting the campsite it is being delivered to. No smoking, no vaping, no drug use, no pets unless prior approval. Cleaning of fish is NOT allowed inside RV. Storing of tackle boxes is also NOT allowed inside. Must come back as fresh & clean as when you got it and not smelling dirty or fishy. Everything must be returned in good working condition. Absolutely no climbing on roof. Any evidence found otherwise will forfeit your security deposit.

How does check-in and check-out work?
A.
Check in will be scheduled individually depending on what campground you have your reservation at. Campgrounds will have their own check in time & we will need about an hour to do a walk-through and go over important details about operation of the RV. When your reservation is done, a time will also need to be arranged to meet and hand over the keys before the campgrounds check out time so that we have time to break down, get the RV packed up and ready to haul and remove it from the campsite.
