Many guests praised Brian for being available to answer questions and making transactions seamless, often providing free linens. However, one renter experienced poor communication regarding key access and lack of transparency about a non-working generator.

Reviewers found the rig reliable for trips, with one stating no problems even on a trip to Idaho. However, a generator was non-functional pre-trip, and the backup was empty, requiring the renter to refuel it.

3.0There should have been better communication with the renter regarding details of the RV. When we went to pick it up, he did not give us the code to get the key. We had to wait till he got back to us with the info. Then we were told the generator wasn’t working a day before our trip and it was too late to cancel. When we got to our destination, there was a backup generator in the RV but had no gas therefore we had to go get gas in order to use it. We were disappointed in the lack of transparency in regards to the information provided prior to renting the RV. Had we known we probably would’ve rented a different one. Other than that, we had to adjust in order to make the trip enjoyable despite the issues.

5.0We had a great time in Brian's RV..Would definitely rent again if we don't buy our own first. He did a good job of answering our questions even though we had limited cell reception in most areas. Overall, renting from him was a good experience. Slots fill up fast so book early to ensure you get the dates that you want.
