ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR NO PETS IN UNIT.
RENTAL REGULATIONS:
Renter agrees to obey the following regulations:
Never turn on red pump or heater switches next to front door. Doing so in a hooked up campsite can damage the water heater and cause you to forfeit your deposit.
Never change the configuration of any water, power, or heat sources that are set up by the owners
Never open awning if winds are higher than 10-15 mph.
Retract awning if leaving the campsite for an extended period of time.
Never set the thermostat to heat setting. In colder temperatures with a full hook-up, electric heaters will be provided.
Never dump or change the configuration of the black and grey water tank. If for some reason the tanks become full during an extended stay, the owners will provide you with instructions.
Never adjust the tongue jack up or down. The camper will be reasonably leveled and stabilized for you when you arrive.
Never go underneath or climb on top of the camper.
Never leave doors open for extended amounts of time. Always close at least the screen doors so that bugs do not go in the camper
Never set the air conditioner below 70 Degrees. The air conditioner is very powerful for this size unit and it can freeze up if set below 70. A 70 degree setting will actually make the camper colder than 70.
At check out, All trash should thrown
away in the campground trash area.
