2019 Hymer Aktiv Loft located in East York, Toronto.Relive your old 'VW Westfalia' memories in modern day luxury and style!This RV is a gamechanger for families who want to experience life in a class B RV. Everything you need and want combined with the ability to park in any spot.If you have the kids - push the 'pop top' roof up and you're set for the night with minimal fuss or effort.
Just the 2 of you - leave the roof down, enjoy the skylight over the dinette, and use the Queen size bed in the rear of the van.Amazingly it's only 20ft long making it extremely fuel efficient with the Dodge Ram Promaster 3.6 litre, 24 valve, V6 gasoline engine and has great maneuverability unlike a traditional Class C motorhome.Can sleep up to 4 people with a Queen size bed (72.5" x 55.5") in the back and a Full size bed (78" x 50.5") in the roof (pop-up loft top). With this hard to find floor plan it even allows you to leave the beds made instead of packing away every day!'Boondocking' at its best - can run off-the-grid, no need for shore power!
Packed with the newest technology such as lithium-ion batteries and Volt-Start system, the need for a traditional noisy generator is no longer necessary. Electrical power comes from the EcoTrek 400 amp/hour lithium power module and 2000W inverter/converter supplying 12v and 110v - powerful enough to run the Air Conditioning for up to 2 hours without the need for charging or plugging in. If the coach batteries are running low, the vehicle engine will start itself to recharge them. Of course it still has the ability to be plugged in to a standard campground 30A hookup.Full kitchen and bathroom including stainless steel kitchen sink, hot and cold water, 2 burner flush mount LP stove, microwave oven, 3.1 cu.ft. refrigerator* and bathroom with cassette toilet**, sink and shower.Dinette table underneath a large skylight with captain swivel chair seats makes for a roomy inside-van dining or entertaining experience for 4 people on those rainy days.24" LED flat screen TV on rotating bracket with remote DVD player, cable and Hdmi hookup.LED lighting throughout and plenty of 110v and USB outlets.Lots of storage cabinets and a large under bed storage area.10,500 BTU under-mount ducted Air Conditioning and 14,300 BTU Hot Air Furnace to maintain the ideal temperature in Summer or Winter.For experiencing outdoor living it has screened doors side and back to keep bugs out, an external TV hookup, and an external BBQ propane hook up which connects to the vehicles 22 litre propane tank so you can cook outside without the need to carry portable propane bottles (BBQ can be supplied as an add-on).Seat belts for 4 people (3-point harness).Smoke, Propane and CO detectors.Strict: No pets, No smoking vehicle, No music festivals, No towing.
