I've had her since new. I've done my best to keep it well maintained, clean and protected. Over time I added small improvements that you'll find will enhance your experience. It has minor upgrades that some may not even consider, yet will appreciate during your stay like the 4-level pivoting towel rack to dry clothes in the bathroom,, and the queen Serta mattressed fully encapsulated to ensure cleanliness and prevent pests, upgraded internal speakers, electric tongue jack, programable audible alarm, etc.. The Tmpd rubber roof is leak free and amplifies the relaxing sound of rain drops . The best-in-class slide out becomes the dining area and opens up the camper into a spacious and surprisingly large living space for the units easy-to-haul size. It also has full bathroom with a skylight a full separated stand up shower as well as an outdoor shower for the pet or to help rinse off before heading inside along with a small hot water heater to ensure it's comfortable.. The queen bed can sleep two, and the dinette quickly drops and converts to sleep two more. A privacy curtain can seperate the two. There is a fifth sleeping spot in a bunk style loft above the bed, but it's better used as storage and seems like it was an afterthought in the design. It's a double axel trailer so it's stable and pulls easily. It's well kept, so it looks great when you pull it up to the camp area, it's 20' in length so it's still maneuvable and manageable, and it has a stabilizer hitch if you choose rot use it to keep it from swaying back and forth when reaching higher speeds on the highway. It's lightweight enough that I pulled it with my six cylinder Trailblazer for man years. Brake control is essential on your two vehicle. Without that you will have nothing to get tell the trailer breaks when to help out and that trailer momentum will burn up your brakes quite quickly. Windows are double-pane thermal insulated and quiet, AC is ice cold and it has central propane heat. The fridge will run with electricity or propane and switch automatically to keep your food safe in between destinations. Outside propane hookup taps into main tanks and allows for quick grilling.
