This Heartland Trail Runner sleeps up to 8 people but 4-6 would be a lot more comfortable. We've put a brand new tempur-pedic mattress in the bedroom and it is very comfy. Setting up is not complicated. The camper has an electric tongue jack and electric stabilizers. Also, the trailer has electric brakes, towing vehicle Must have trailer brake controller installed.We don't charge for everyday items.Included:

While we want you to enjoy your trip we would also like you to keep a few things in mind. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the camper. Any evidence of smoking will be an automatic lost of your deposit. Please be respectful. Roof access is not permitted. Off road use is not permitted. Trailer must be on paved or concrete roads at all times. Unfortunately we don't allow pets, my daughter is allergic. Propane tanks will be full upon your departure. Please bring them back full or there will be a $45 charge.
