Easy load up and set up! This clean and sanitized 30ft travel trailer includes a full bathroom, and sleeps 6-8 comfortably: queen bed (8" cool gel memory foam mattress), full size bunk, convertible dinette and fold out sofa bed. There is one big slide out that creates a large walk through area. The stereo that plays inside and outside along with the outdoor kitchen, and electric awning with led lights is bound to make your trip that much better!We include items that will make your trip so much easier and more memorable!Indoor: Pots, pans, utensils (cooking, grilling, eating, s'mores), coffee pot and mugs, plates and bowls, first aid kit, small lanterns, indoor trash can, clean sheets included upon requestSupplies: Garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, swifferOutdoor: 4 chairs, large outdoor trash can, camping rug, 2 propane tanks, outdoor attachable grill, propane fire pit, weight distribution hitch and sway control bar,Pets are welcome after approval and pet fee paid, However, they are not allowed on the beds/couch/dinette. We also request that they are not left unattended inside the RV.As part of the OutDoorsy rental agreement, we do require the trailer brought back clean, as it was when picked up.Generator included for additional fee.Renter must have trailer brake and 7 prong trailer plug.Thank you for your interest in our travel trailer and if you choose to rent from us, we will ensure you enjoy your time in our family's RV!
