This 31 ft Class C Motorhome is ready for your next adventure, whatever that may be! Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the back bedroom (sheets/comforter included for $25), a lay flat couch (sleeps one adult or 2 kiddos), and a bed over the drivers cab (easily sleeps 2 adults). There’s a TV in the living/dining area. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop/stove, a microwave, a gas/electric freezer/fridge and plenty of room for storage. There’s also plates, bowls, cups, silverware and basic cookware for 6 people. Once parked, open the slide out for additional room in the kitchen/living room area! There’s a shower and private bathroom as well. (Must use RV toilet paper: single ply. 4 rolls provided. If you think you will need more, please let us know.) CC is equipped with internal AC, a propane furnace, hot water heater, built in generator and backup camera!
There’s plenty of storage throughout and under the rig for all the gear you may have!
There’s also an extension cord, should you need one!Cleaning fee is $100 and the expectation is that you return the RV with full tank of gas, and the black and grey tanks emptied. (This is how you will receive it.) If not returned with a full gas tank, we will fill it at a rate of $5/gallon. If the black/grey tanks have NOT been emptied, we will charge a $300 fee to empty them.
The cleaning fee is necessary for deep cleaning due to Covid.Absolutely NO smoking! A $2000 fee will be assessed for non compliance!
