5.0This was the first time my husband, our 17 month old and I have gone camping as a family and Dawn and Jim were the perfect people to have hosting us. The pick up and drop off was easy. Dawn let my daughter and I meet the chickens on the property when we picked up the camper. Jon continued to ensure us that he would be happy to assist if we needed anything in addition to what they already provided. The camper came equipped with the right amount of extras to make this trip easy and homey. This allowed our family to have some relaxing fun in the Adirondacks.

2.0RV came and owner could not light the pilot light for the stove so the stove was inoperable all week which was inconvenient. Also the awning did not work so that was a major inconvenience for no shade. And the owner was aware of both of these items at the beginning of the week and did not offer to reduce the price at all. I will not use them ever again.
