29 ft class C Fleetwood Tioga with 4 adult size bunk beds in back. RV is in very good condition. What separates from the rest is its great for blended families or large families who want to sleep more people. Bring extended family or kids friends and sleep up to10 people. The sleeping spaces are plentiful. We just added brand new tires, Brand new house batteries, generator included. Everything works well, Comes with new porcelain toilet in bathroom. The living room has a long sofa which converts to a full size bed. Also , dining room has a dinette table that converts into a full size bed as well. Good size bathroom with separate shower. Sleeps up to 10 people in 7 total beds. There are 4 bunk beds in back with two convertible full size beds , plus a queen size bed above the cab. Upgraded cabinetry. The engine replaced recently with only 1,150 miles on current motor also has brand new with transmission. All paperwork included to show work. Mostly only used locally. Delivery and set up available to your local campground for a fee. Prices depend on location of campground. Please send msg to 8 three one two 2 nine 9 six 5 seven for quicker responses. This RV comes with all the amenities. Good size fridge, private bathroom with upgraded toilet, large stand alone shower, Fully functional Air conditioning that has been upgraded, Generator for dry camping, also 30 amp electrical hook up available for camping with hook ups. Holding tanks for black and grey water, fully functional fresh water tank that holds approx. 40 gallons, Heater included for colder nights camping. Microwave above stove. RV insurance avail for $29day message me. Lastly, I've been getting a lot of requests for burning man. Unfortunately I am no longer booking this RV for burning man. If someone were to purchase the RV to go to BM that might be a consideration. You could buy and then resell after BM message me for details on how to buy. The motorhome has been to Yosemite many times, as well as many other national parks and lakes in Oregon. We enjoy the ability to drive and camp anywhere and stay as long as we like going places we have never seen and just enjoying the wonderful areas that nature provides. Seeing scenic city's and national landmarks. Creating memories to last a life time. No Burning man please.
