A Multimeter comes with the trailer and voltage must be checked before connecting to any power at RV parks, your house, generator, and any other source you may be using.
Any electrical damage from faulty power is the renter's responsibility. The trailer will be clean upon pickup both inside/out. It is the responsibility of the renter to clean the Trailer to the condition it was in when picked up.
In the event the Toy Hauler doesn't come back as clean as before, a cleaning fee will be applicable.
Any damage upon return is the renters' responsibility.
*You must pass the Drivers Check and qualify for the Outdoorsy Insurance Policy to rent this unit. Insurance includes Comprehensive and Collision.
Dogs are allowed with a $25 charge per animal (NO Cats)
No Smoking is allowed inside the trailer. There will be a $250 penalty if it were discovered you smoked inside the trailer plus any damages.
It is your responsibility to fill and empty the holding tanks and to clean them out thoroughly with the included kit.
Propane tank must be refilled to the level it was at when picked up. If the tank has to be refilled after it has been returned, a $50 per tank fee will apply. Climbing on top of the roof is prohibited.
*If you are traveling to a location with no electricity, A generator is available with a $10 per night fee.
