Complimentary usage of an anti-sway hitch will be provided to renters if needed. If your vehicle lacks a brake controller, a plug and play brake controller is available for rent for a small charge.Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed with prior permission and payment of a nominal pet fee of $75 prior to the trip. Any evidence of unapproved pets will incur a $250 deep cleaning fee which will be withdrawn from the security deposit.Smoking Policy: No smoking in or near the camper. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee that must be withdrawn from your security deposit for deep cleaning.If our hitch is used, any loss or damage to the hitch will incur a full replacement fee of $300. Guests found it easy to tow and set up, even for novice renters. It's consistently praised for being super clean, in good working order, and well-equipped with kitchen amenities, a comfortable bed, bunk beds, and a propane heater. Includes an electric tongue motor.
