This unit is perfect for extra housing when you have guests coming to town or a long term rental. It has a bunkhouse, queen bed, fold-out sofa bed and sleeps 8 in total. With one slide-out you'll feel just as comfy as you do at home! Especially with two flat-screen TVs, an indoor/outdoor stereo system, and a DVD player. This unit also comes equipped with bedding and cook wear.No pets or smoking of any kind is allowed. This will cause a deduction of your deposit.This is a Delivery only vehicle, We take the stress of towing out of your hands. We set up and Pick up when your adventure is over. Please do not be late for the handoff.Delivery times are between 10:00 am - 3:00pm
Pick-up times are between 11:00 am - 1:00pm
Renter must be onsite for delivery and pick-up

Renter must be onsite for delivery and pick-up5. Awnings: We discourage the usage of the exterior awnings. This is for your protection because they are at a minimum of $3,000 to replace. They can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Awnings ARE NOT COVERED by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving (tree, tollroad, etc) are 100% your responsibility and will exceed your security/damage deposit amount.7. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided8. Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level,tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tiredamage will be renter’s responsibility.
Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
