5.0Luckily, the host had another vehicle as the fridge wasn't working in the unit I had reserved. Unfortunately, the back up camera wasn't working but the unit was easy to drive so wasn't too difficult without it. Everything else worked like a charm.

5.0The van was clean and as described. The video really helps to familiarize oneself with all the features and how to operate. Our family very much enjoyed the van. Tara was very responsive and friendly. Overall a very smooth process for our first time renting camper van. We would definitely recommend and use again.

5.0Kathy and Tom were helpful and great to deal with. They quickly switched units with us when the ac wasn't working properly and worked super hard to make sure our trip was a success on short notice.
