SMOKING: Evidence of smoking will be met with a $250 deep cleaning fee from your damage deposit and additional if there is damage. CLEANING: RV should be brought back clean inside and out, free of debris, dirt/mud and trash, dishes washed, with waste tanks empty or $150 cleaning fee, plus 2.95% CC processing fee will be assessed from your damage deposit, to cover cleaning of the RV so it is always in good condition for the next renter Unleaded Fuel/PROPANE: You'll receive the RV Full of Fuel & Propane and must be returned the same.
