Beautiful RV for those who want to get away from the busy city. Located near Lake Ray Hubbord and I30 in Rockwall TX.My family has owned this RV trailer for the past 3 years. We are the original owners and have created many family memories together. We would love to pass on those memories to families who love to adventure together.Sleeps 10:
- Master bedroom has 1 queen bed.
- Two full-size bunk beds
- Dinette folds into a bed
- Couch folds into a bed.
Kitchen:
- 3 burner stove
- Oven
- Microwave
- Electric/propane refrigerator and freezer
- Double sinkAll towing and hook-up supplies are provided, including load leveling hitch, leveling blocks, and all hoses and adapters needed to hook up at any RV park. Propane is provided with a $30 bottle exchange.Cosa è inclusoThe RV comes with our amenities package, including dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, and all bathroom supplies.
We include everything you need for your adventure except bedding and food. The beds will come with a freshly laundered fitted sheet.Altre cose di cui prendere notaRULES, FEES, OPTIONAL ADD-ONs:Return the camper tidy, wiped down, swept out, black and grey tanks empty, we will take care of the dep cleaning, stocking, and refilling of propane tanks. We will do a complete cleaning and disinfection of the camper to ensure the next vacationer has a pristine, sanitized, clean camper to rent just like you did! As mentioned, this does not include dumping the holding tanks that responsibility is on you. If holding tanks are not dumped upon return, there will be a $100 dumping fee.Dogs are welcome at no extra upfront charge. You know your pets the best. Please do not bring your pet if they are a chewer or are not house trained. We recommend bringing a kennel :) Renter is responsible for any repairs or replacement fees due to damage from pets. No Cats allowed.
