This trailer is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and features rear-view cameras, a remote door lock, automatic access lighting, and a brake controller. It's spacious, even for tall guests, and tows smoothly with an SUV.

5.0Mike’s Winnebago trailer RV was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and everything worked perfectly. He took the time to provide thorough instructions on how to operate all of the features and systems in this newer RV, which made us feel comfortable and prepared for our trip. Throughout our journey to Sequoia and Big Sur, Mike was incredibly responsive. He answered our calls and texts right away and was always available to help with any questions we had. It’s clear that Mike has put a lot of thought into making the RV experience as hassle-free as possible. The maintenance access doors have automatic lighting and he even included outdoor mats and rubber gloves inside. The trailer is equipped with three rear-view cameras and a remote door lock for added convenience and security. He also included a brake controller with the rental, which was extremely convenient since we didn’t have one for this trip. We would definitely rent this RV again in the future!

5.0Rv was great! Mike has invested in making his Rv practical and easy to use. Interior is greatly taken care of and clean. With all the upgrades he’s done his RV is really easy to use and tow.

A.
The awning extends and retracts with a push button. Always retract it during wind, rain, or when leaving the trailer unattended. Wind damage is not covered if the awning is left out.

Hot Water
A.
Hot water works best on electric mode when the trailer is plugged into campground power. Make sure the trailer is connected to city water or the fresh water tank has water before turning on the electric water heater. After switching it on, wait about 10–15 minutes for hot water. Never turn on the water heater if there is no water in the system.

Water Pump
A.
If you are not connected to city water, turn on the water pump to use water from the fresh tank. The pump will automatically run when a faucet is opened and will stop when closed. Turn the pump off when leaving the trailer or when switching to city water. If connected to city water, always leave the pump off.

Toilet
A.
The toilet is easy to use. Hold the pedal halfway to add water to the bowl and press fully to flush. Only use RV-safe toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or any other items, as they will cause clogs and damage.
