Mike was quick to respond to questions, knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating for pickup and drop off, making the rental process easy for guests.
Tows smoothly, tall-friendly design
Trailer was clean, bright, and roomy with excellent ceiling height (6'1" could stand). Features a big shower, comfy bed, power awning, and tech upgrades for easy leveling. Tows smoothly with an SUV.

5.0Mike was a great host. He was friendly, quick to respond, and very accommodating for pickup and drop off. This was a great cozy trailer will all the amenities. He has added some top level tech upgrades to make leveling and backing super easy. The trailer was very clean upon pickup. I would highly recommend Mike and his trailer for any getaway you have planned. We will be coming back again.

A.
The awning extends and retracts with a push button. Always retract it during wind, rain, or when leaving the trailer unattended. Wind damage is not covered if the awning is left out.

Hot Water
A.
Hot water works best on electric mode when the trailer is plugged into campground power. Make sure the trailer is connected to city water or the fresh water tank has water before turning on the electric water heater. After switching it on, wait about 10–15 minutes for hot water. Never turn on the water heater if there is no water in the system.

Water Pump
A.
If you are not connected to city water, turn on the water pump to use water from the fresh tank. The pump will automatically run when a faucet is opened and will stop when closed. Turn the pump off when leaving the trailer or when switching to city water. If connected to city water, always leave the pump off.

Toilet
A.
The toilet is easy to use. Hold the pedal halfway to add water to the bowl and press fully to flush. Only use RV-safe toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or any other items, as they will cause clogs and damage.
