2022 Winnebago Navion 24D (has reclining theater seating, not a dinette) in excellent condition. Comes fully loaded. Sofa (with under seat storage) easily converts to a comfortable upgraded Leggett & Platt AirDream hypoallergenic inflatable mattress Murphy queen bed with dual reading lights, window and additional storage. Mercedes Sprinter chassis has European suspension, heated power seats with memory and the latest in driving safety technology.
Plug into 30amp power or let the solar panels on the roof, coach batteries and the Cummins Onan 3200 kW Diesel Generator provide all the power you need for boondocking.One driver's side slide-out and automatic 4-point leveling system make set up a breeze. There is a fully stocked kitchen, TV entertainment system with DVD player and sound bar, fold-up camp chairs and outdoor rug plus optional propane fire pit, rear hitch bike rack and "swamp" cooler for your comfort and enjoyment.Everything needed to use the RV is included (surge protector, water hose, sewer hose, etc.) just Bring Your Pillow(S), your clothes, some food and a sense of adventure.Cosa è inclusoWe take great care to provide you with a clean and sanitized RV for your use. Goldie is very special to us and we want you to enjoy her also. With that in mind here are our rules:
1) Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited (includes vaping). If there is evidence of smoking a $400 cleaning fee will be applied.
2) Goldie must be returned with both the black and grey tanks empty. We offer this service but if you do not choose it prior to your rental we will charge $250.
3) The fuel tank will be full when you pick up and Goldie should be returned that way. We will charge $8 per gallon if the fuel tank is not full upon return.
4) There is nothing on the roof that will require a renter's attention so no climbing on the roof.
5) If you want us to include setting up the RV in the pick up walk-through we are happy to assist you. Select that add-on and we will handle all the set up.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We can offer flexible pick up or drop off hours with advance notice and prior approval. If deviations from the standard pick up or drop off hours occur WITHOUT prior approval additional fees will apply.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

This RV is very easy to set up and everything is clearly labelled, in addition you will receive a "walk through" at pick up to make sure you are familiar with the setting up process. In the unlikely event that you have an issue we are available by phone to assist you.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Like any vehicle there are somethings that you just "need to know" for the easiest operation. In addition to covering these things on the pick up walk-through we will have a Renter's Handbook of written instructions, tips and suggestions in the RV for your use.
