The staff, including Dwayne, Amber, and Tad, are consistently praised for being friendly, helpful, responsive to issues like lockouts, and making the reservation to drop-off process smooth.

We had truly excellent service for our whole trip. The Rv was just as advertised - clean, comfortable, and fully set up. Dwayne was incredibly helpful.

The RV was clean and in good working order. We accidentally locked ourselves out and they quickly came to our aid and unlocked it for us. Dwayn is very friendly and easy to work with.

Reservation was easy, trailer was great. Camping at Lake Hemet can get cold, would have appreciated some instructions on what to do to keep incoming water from freezing in the hose. Wiped several surfaces when I got in trailer, all had dirt, not sure what is being sanitized.
