2021 Jayco Greyhawk
The Just Right Jayco is a new 2021 Jayco Greyhawk. RV is very clean and user friendly. Features automatic leveling, push button awning, one large full wall slide out, exterior speakers, and enough room to comfortably sleep 6-8. RV has a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom, bunks for the kids, large bunk over cab, and sofa and dinette that can also be converted to sleeping areas. RV features a TV in the common area, master bedroom and a TV in each bunk. The RV is easy to drive and features the Ford Godzilla V-8 motor which does not sacrifice power but makes it better on fuel than other RV's of similar size. RV is equipped with a generator and two air conditioners for those hot summer days!Cosa è inclusoRV comes with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups and plastic cutlery. RV also has a Zero Water pitcher, and coffee maker. There will be 4 rolls of RV safe/septic safe toilet paper provided and paper towels. Also included are 6 camping chairs, camping table, horseshoes and clean sheets- you will need to bring your own bedding and pillows.Optional amenities include:

-We welcome well behaved pets and responsible owners. You are fully and financially responsible for any accidents or damage that result from bringing your pet in the RV.
-Smoking, cooking fish, bacon or malodorous food in the RV will result in forfeiture of part or all of your entire deposit for deep cleaning.
-No climbing on the roof no exceptions. You will be held responsible for damages to the roof and forfeit your deposit if you or any of your party are on the roof.
- 30V amperage for electrical hookups
-Black and grey tank must be dumped and empty prior to returning the RV. There will be a $150 charge if tanks are not returned empty.
-Upon departure the gas tank will be full please return the RV with a full tank. If RV needs to be refueled you will be charged market rate plus $1 per gallon of gas and a $25 inconvenience fee.
-You must have damage protection and insurance through outdoorsy to rent the RV. Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during use that exceed deposit and/or insurance premium limits.
-200 miles per rental day included $0.75 per mile after that
-3 hours generator use per rental day $5.00 per hour after that
-Pick up and return can be discussed and arranged to accommodate both parties
-Please empty all trash and clean any dishes prior to returning RV.
-Waterproof mattress covers must stay on at all times during rental.
-In the event any additional deep cleaning is required it will be result in loss of part or entirety of the deposit.

We loved this RV! And loved working with these hosts! They were super flexible with our reservation, easy to work with, and super responsive. The RV was very clean and had everything you need for a great weekend outdoors. We would rent again from Andrea and Danny in a heartbeat!

The Owner Danny was very nice. The RV is very easy to use and everything worked fine. The gas mileage for trip the was less then expected.
The trip was to Ocotillo over the Sant Patrick's weekend. Good times!
The RV was spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities we needed during the trip.
We had a comfortable queen-size bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and even a TV and DVD player for entertainment. The air conditioning worked like a charm, and the RV handled the rocky desert terrain with ease.
Overall, the RV rental made our desert trip more enjoyable and memorable. It provided us with a comfortable and convenient base to explore the natural beauty of the desert, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and adventurous vacation."

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are pretty flexible with pick up and drop off. Many of our renters actually prefer to do the walk through and orientation the night before their rental begins so they are free to pick up any time on the day of their rental, which usually works best for us as well. However, due to insurance policies through outdoorsy we are sadly unable to allow early release of the vehicle.
As a side note, we unfortunately do not offer any pick up/drop off service for renters from airports or other cities.
