Trailer has a bunkhouse with 1 queen and 2 full sized beds, a couch (converts to a bed), a U-shape dinette (converts to a bed), and a queen bed in the master bedroom with upgraded mattress. Plenty of cabinet storage space and storage in this beautiful unit. Large storage area under the trailer. Three burner stove with oven and microwave. Fridge and freezer for cold items. A walk in shower makes it easy to wash little ones.
This trailer is fully stocked with a set of four bowls, plates, cups and utensils. Pots, pans, baking sheets, and mixing bowls are included. This trailer is complete with a propane outdoor cooking stove and refrigerator.
The trailer is equipped with solar which powers the Bluetooth radio, slide out, awning and refrigerator for off the grid camping. Must have adequate tow vehicle ton or better to be considered for towing. Let us know what vehicle you have in your booking request or just request delivery and we will gladly deliver it to your campsite. Vail Lake, Lake Skinner and Pechanga RV resorts are some of our favorite local places to camp!
*Our general rule is to leave it like you found it, clean and ready for the next campers! General cleaning is included in this rental (basic sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) in the event there is excessive cleaning required a cleaning fee of $250 per hour (with a 1 hour minimum fee) will be applied*
**Trailer is not equipped with a generator however we do have solar**
**$100 fee for failing to dump the black and grey tanks if boondocking**
***Absolutely no smoking (including vape) in the trailer. 4Communication was good. Didn't look like the couch folded out as expected. Our only suggestion is to update the included amenities to be a bit more accurate since we were depending of some items. Perhaps get a set of coffee cups.
