Will deliver and set up within 50 miles of Salt Lake County. Can easily tow with half ton truck or V-8 SUV with 2-5/16 ball. I have trailer stabilizer for it. Great for family 4 adults and 2 children are comfortable, see pictures. Fireplace, Full 30Amp hookup. If dry camping there is a fee for set up and dumping of $100. Full Kitchen with oven, electric/gas refrigerator. Gas water heater and furnace, AC will only work if plugged into 30Amp Power Supply. I do have a Generator which is $100. rental with no limit on run times. Also you will be responsible for your own gas. It has to be outside and Vented to use with this unit. Separate Queen Sleeping up Front. Bathroom in the Rear of Trailer. Very Easy to Pull. Must purchase the renters insurance through Outdoorsy to qualify to rent this trailer. Weekly rental receive a discount. Cleaning Deposit is refundable.Cosa è inclusoWe will supply 2 stools under Queen bed for Breakfast Bar area. A coffee Pot and basic utensils will be included for 6 people. 1Pot, 1 Frying Pan, and dish towels and basic bedding. 2 sleeping bags. Will provide 4 outside camp chairs and 1 small outside table. I rent bumper pull Rv's, also flatbed trailers for Motorcycle or side X side and I also will pull your Rv for you and set it up or take it down in the northern and southern Utah and close regions. I charge one way for mileage and then any set up or other fees based on my time spent on-site working on setting up your outdoor experience.

Trailer was awesome everything worked great went on a 10 day trip with me and my 3 boys. We were not able to have fires so it was nice to have a fireplace in the trailer kids really loved having the fireplace and TV
