Manages site delivery, responsive
Brent and his team offer convenient RV delivery and setup directly to campsites. While responsive to requests, some guests experienced delays in delivery and strict check-in/out times at locations like Fort Wilderness.
Clean, equipped, has reported issues
The camper is generally clean and stocked with basic essentials, featuring functional AC, fridge, and heat. However, several guests reported discomfort with the Murphy bed and encountered plumbing issues, including shower leaks and sewage backups.

4.0Not having the RV at our site when we arrived was a little disappointment. It is almost like not have a reserved room ready for you at a hotel and have to wait. But, I can say the wait was worth it. The RV was stocked with all utensils, cups, plates, etc. that we needed. Jerimiah was great at placing the trailer where we needed it to be. It was a nice comforting feeling with rain in the area we were covered in the RV. It was our 1st, but not our last experience renting an RV. Thank you Brent and the Escape Rental team for a pleasurable experience.

5.0Although they delivered the RV a little later than I had hoped, the RV itself was great. The fridge/freezer worked great. The AC cooled the unit. The shower was larger than I expected. There was sufficient room for my wife and me to live comfortably for a few days. It was a great trip.

5.0So happy with our trip I have no thought of anything that could be improved upon. I would say the biggest wins were the condition of the camper and the shear convenience of having you guys do all the heavy lifting. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a used and abused camper and then told I have to do “this that and the other” to give it back to you. For our situation we will most likely use you again for more trips to Fort Wilderness at Disney so whatever you have to do to keep that business relationship going , PLEASE DO!!! :)
