Came on time, everything worked as it should. Mattresses were not comfortable at all. if it wasn’t for that I would give 5stars.

The door latch was broken and it was blind luck that I was able to flag one of the staff down for repairs. Once repaired, everything was great. Please try to be better at answering the phone.

The entire experience with Escape RV was wonderful. They offer great customer service and are always available to help. Our RV "Olaf" was perfect for our family vacation at Fort Wilderness. I will use them again and recommend you do the same.

We had a great time! This was our first experience renting an RV and camping at fort wilderness. The pop up RV was perfect for our family of 5. Escape RV made it easy for us to enjoy our Fort Wilderness stay. They had the RV set up and ready before we arrived. Everything was clean and the RV was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and staff were great at communication. We would use Escape RV Rental for our next camping adventure and would definitely recommend.
