4.5Relatively smooth set-up and communication. A little disappointed ice makers apparently are a liability now? Didn't realize it didn't have a functional ice maker. Also, I think the unit needs to be sprayed for bugs as I found a few stink bugs upon arrival. Also, I think there are mice droppings in the unit. Under the stairs there is a missing panel which leads directly to the storage bay. Also, the master doors are off their sliders and a prevented from being fully opened. Finally, there was some pretty bad smell coming from the drains. I think the toilet has a leaky seal. Fortunately, we had some tank deodorizer we dropped in there and it seemed to fix the issue... but I would include deodorizer tabs in the unit for future use. I don't mean to sound critical, just a few things to address.
