The Elite Explorer: Custom Luxury 4x4 Sprinter Van

The van was great. It has everything you need. It's easy to fill the water and empty the tanks. The videos the host sends walks you through everything, but it would have been nice for him to walk us through more in person when we picked the van up. I would also recommend the host provide a bigger/thicker blanket. The one provided wasn't enough and we had to buy one. More towels would have been nice as well. We bought extra of those as there were 2 of us in the van for 8 days. We traveled all over the state and never had any issues with the van. I would definitely rent it again. The trip was amazing.

Had a great time in Jacob's sprinter driving the Cascade Loop. The van was very comfortable and easy to drive and Jacob was responsive to all our questions.

Wow where do we begin, this van provided us so much comfort and joy on our 6 day adventure. It has everything you would need to cook, sleep & travel comfortably, ample storage (something I was nervous about but was a non-issue), and we added the starlink add on which worked 95% of the time (as long as you can see the sky). There is a small smart TV in the back so you can wind down after a big day with an episode, which was so great. Charlie and Jacob were the best hosts, extremely responsive to questions before and during our trip. Plus I forgot something in the van and they offered to ship it home to me. Couldn’t recommend this Van enough, if you’re thinking about it, do it!

My boyfriend and I rented this Sprinter van for a week exploring Washington’s NPs and it was perfect! Booking and add ons were easy. Jacob sent a Google drive with “how to” videos ahead of time which helped us feel prepared and was great to be able to look back and reference throughout the trip. It was plenty big enough for two people, but small enough that it fit easily in all of our campsites and at trailhead parking lots. I was also shocked at how easy it was to drive. All of the amenities were perfect—AC, water, fridge, cooktop, toilet, shower, bed… no complaints here! The StarLink was a little hit or miss but given how rural we were, I’m not surprised. It worked well enough for our needs. I would 100% rent this van over and over again!

My experience renting this van through Jacob and Charlee was AMAZING start to finish. The hosts had great communication, walked us through how things work, sent us easy to follow video tutorials, made sure we knew of a close grey water dump area, and worked with us on specific times/goals we had within our trip. This van has everything you need! Seriously, this thing is ready to give you power and water for days unhooked. Many useful features, easy to drive, and great add on’s available. Starlink was a personal fav! We would rent this same van time and time again. We even left a pair of headphones inside the van and they immediately let us know. Unforgettable trip with awesome hosts!
