Aaron assists with setup, explains operations, and accommodates last-minute requests. However, he caused property damage during hitching and was unresponsive when a critical RV part was missing. He also canceled one booking.

The camper is easy to pull and operate, features a clean interior, and comes well-stocked. One rental reported a missing gray water release handle.
