Great super clean clean clean travel trailer for families or couples. Bunk house has three single beds with a fold out sofa. Front room is private with queen size bed. Trailer has an outdoor kitchen, which is very convenient. Like most people our lives have become busy and we just cannot use the trailer like we thought we would be able to. Black and Grey Tanks empty before returning trailer. $100 fee.
We add a Black Tank Pod during Prep. If you empty the Black tank during your rental add one Pod. $100 fee
Trailer to be returned to same cleanliness as rented (dishes clean, garbage emptied). Excessive Cleaning $300 fee.
Do NOT put table scraps/food items/grease down drains. Dispose in Garbage only. $100 fee.
Park the trailer on a level surface or use the leveling chucks. (when trailer not level it can damage the refrigerator and affect drainage) $100 fee
This trailer has a clearance of 11.7 Ft. DO NOT try to clear anything below that height. Replacement costs for trailer damage paid by renter.
Do NOT move trailer when slides are out. Replacement costs for trailer damage paid by renter.
Do NOT use awning when windy or away from trailer. Make sure awning is retracted fully. If damage occurs to awning $2500 fee
Do NOT climb on the roof of trailer.
The Renter agrees to the above Rules of the Road and understands that fees will be charged for violations. ______________________

You are responsible at all times for maintaining your own health, personal property, liability, automobile, and other insurance coverage in adequate amounts. You acknowledge that the owner of the trailer is not an insurer of your person, your guests, or your property. You are responsible for your person along with all guests affiliated with you as it pertains to personal and bodily injury and death, as well as claims for property damage, which may arise from acts in connection with renting this trailer. Owner is not responsible for medical coverage for injury to renter during rental period. Renter is accepting that they are living in a confined space and to be cautious with steps, rugs, accessing the overhead sleeping areas, hot water tank burner, any sharps, use of hand rails, and keeping floors dry.
