Pets are allowed as we love traveling with our pets as well. We do ask that the pet not be left alone in the unit at any time.
If you decide to stay on our property -RV is parked on a lot with lots of trees. Our horses are located on the property as well. We do have electric, water, and washer & dryer on the property

No smoking in this unit! Pets are allowed upon approval.
**This is a 50 amp unit. We do have an adapter for 30 amp hook ups. However, this unit has 2 AC's. 30 amp will only run the main AC unit. It will not run both.**
No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a you forfeit your $500.00 security deposit.
You should never be on the roof of my unit.
You are not to go over 75MPH.
If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning I will charge you $150.
If you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a $100 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit & a Pet cleaning fee of $50.
If you are late returning the unit there will be a penalty fee of $25 per hour (this charge is flexible upon open communication).
Renters are responsible for the tires on the unit.
Renters are responsible for returning RV in usable condition.
