Enjoy your own private waterfall at a dedicated site minutes away from Western Carolina University and close to Sylva, Cherokee and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in this luxury RV trailer with a Queen master suite, 3 bed bunkhouse, outdoor kitchen and outdoor seating areas with premium seating and a firepit.The trailer is on an amazing private, dedicated creek-side site with access to your own private waterfall. The unit features a double entry and access to the over-sized bath from the outdoors. The rear of the unit offers 3 bunks and storage for the larger family. There is a fully enclosed master bedroom with a premium upgraded brand new queen mattress. Outside, one is greeted with an incredible Full Bar and Grill unlike any other. This outside kitchen area features a side by side refrigerator and freezer, pull-out cooktop, sink and large storage areas. A gas grill and charcoal smoker are also available on site for your use.Cosa è inclusoEverything's included! Inside the unit, we provide bed linens, towels, shampoo and soap, camping chairs cooking utensils. Outside, we have a dining table, luxury chairs, fire pit, and use of both a barbeque grill and a grill smoker. We provide 1 stack of firewood - additional stacks available for an additional charge.Raccomandazioni• Just 5 min to WCU/Cullowhee, 10 min to Sylva.

Because of the mountainous terrain and the long length of the trailer, we are not allowing moves. You won't want to though once you see the site!
