Coleman fold out camper. Sleeps 6 could sleep 8 depending how old your kids are. Awning is wonderful in the summer months. The ac is ice cold. If you are in it during the winter it is even better. It comes with 2 propane tanks that are full. Refrigerator is amazing. There is hook up for gas for outdoor cooking and also a quick connect for an outdoor shower if needed. When we take it on trips we love it.
