Cooking and eating utensils, King Size bed linens, TV, electric kettle, and microwave included. One pet allowed for $50 one-time fee. Delivery and pickup available within 30-mile radius of Asheville, NC for $250 one-time fee. Additional $200 ($450 total) for delivery/pickup up to 75 miles from Asheville.Additional Rules:
-SUV or truck with 2" Class 3 hitch, 7-pin wiring harness with electric brake controller and 5,000lb min. towing capacity required to haul safely.
-Prodigy RF Electric Brake controller available for $35 optional rental fee. $250 replacement fee will be assessed if damaged, lost or stolen. Electric Brake Controller Required FOR Safe Towing OF Travel Trailer.
-Replacement fee assessed if any items damaged, lost or stolen.
-Black AND Grey Water Tanks Must BE Emptied Before Returning Camper.
