We want your trip to be anxiety and hassle free. If any extra amenities are needed, please don't hesitate to ask. I am excited to share part of our story with yours. Please take some time to get to know us and us you so that we can customize your trip for memories of a lifetime. Your RV will come clean and stocked and ready to roll for a funtastic trip.Please plan to pick up and return with a full tank propane, gas, and a dumped tank. Treat our home on wheels just as conscientiously as you would your own. There will be an extra cleaning fee for an excessively dirty return or unattended tank.Please do not leave pets unattended in the RV. Crates are available upon request.Absolutely NO Smoking/Vaping of any substance (legal or illegal) is allowed. Any evidence of the such will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.If you are having the RV delivered. Please be prepared to pay a 25% surcharge. The fee surcharge when paying direct is waived. For example if you are 60 miles away the Total would be $300 for a trailer and $450.00 for a motorhome. When Paying direct it would be $240 and $360. YOU Must Check With US First ON Availability and times will have to work around our work schedule.Pick up and drop off times/ delivery: my husband and I both work Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm. We can allow a 50% discount for the night before. You will need to contact me so I can update the reservation. (insurance and whatever Platform charges can not be discounted). Please keep in mind our work schedule when planning your camp sites. Weekends can be flexible. There is a difference in fees when booking direct versus through the platform.The dump fee is not included in the delivery.What's included: The RVs will come stocked with bedding for the beds, towels, dishes, cookware, camp chairs, and anything I can think of to make it a great trip. I can not guarantee paper products and things like dish soap, saran wrap, garbage bags, and paper towels, but I do try to have those items stocked. I do not inventory so if you need a specific number of things or extra bedding you will need to specify in an email. don't be shy we have extra for this reason.Please specify how many bed sheets and towels you will need.Anything that is purchased and will stay with the RV can also be reimbursed with receipts.I do not charge a cleaning or prep fee. For that reason, if I have to launder the linens there will be a $25 charge. 2 hours are given for cleaning and prepping. After the two hours, a $65/ hour cleaning fee will be taken from the deposit.
