Light weight, easy to tow, even with mid-size SUV's!Bathroom has shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet. Refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, A/C and heat, hot and cold water.Pots and pans, utensils, and paper products (plates, cups, plasticware, towels) included with rental.Weight distribution hitch and wireless brake controller included. Please ensure your tow vehicle has a round, 7 pin trailer electrical connection.Pet friendly! Bring your pups with you!Fitted sheets for beds provided (except dinette.) Just bring your favorite blankets/sleeping bags and pillows.Delivery, setup, and removal is available within 120 miles of my location. $2 per mile, paid on one roundtrip, plus $75 set up and removal fee. (Example: campground is 50 miles away; you pay for 100 miles, not 200.)Smoking prohibited. Renter will forfeit entire deposit for cleaning purposes if there is evidence of smoking in the unit.
