5.0We rent RV's often, and this was by far our best experience yet. We were on the road for almost 3 weeks and never had an issue with the RV. It was immaculate when we picked it up. If I needed something or had a question Chris was only a phone call away, He picks up his phone and solves problems. Such a great experience. Thank you, Chris! Next time we are in the area we will be renting from you!

5.0First time RVers- we had a great time in Arizona with this RV... She is BIG! Because she is so big allow a little extra driving time when going up to the mountains. I do not recommend taking 89A from Sedona to Flagstaff in this RV, take 17 (the road is wider) The AC works great! When the push outs were open there is so much room. The RV can be loud when at maximum speed and going up hill. We had a great time and highly recommend.

3.0Chris was a good owner/host and was very responsive throughout the trip. We learned some functionality of this motor home together along with his mechanic which was a but surprising to us. The 2023 motor home had 20,000 miles on it and as such was exhibiting sign of wear and tear. The biggest issue we experienced was the compartment door on the water sewer compartment not latching properly which led to its opening while crossing a one lane bridge as we were leaving Yosemite on a California state hi-way. The door struck the bridge structure and was damaged. This will likely result in an $1500 deductible additional charge to us for what we felt was a maintenance related issue. The motor home also had a spark plug wire fail on our return home. We checked to ensure it was safe to drive at a Ford feeler and limped home on our final day. I also provided Chris with a list of 20 items at the conclusion of the trip on neededrepairs/adjustments to the motor home. He responded with thanks and follow up.

5.0Chris was the best host ever!!!!! He helped us every step of the way from choosing the right RV to making sure we had everything we needed for the best vacation…. We asked for a grill and it was done…. We asked for an extra outdoor chair and it was done! The RV was in great shape and we enjoyed our 10d trip. We will rent from him again for sure ….
