I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from this owner. What should have been a family vacation turned into one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. Our trip ended abruptly after we suffered a flat tire. We then learned that the spare tire provided with the RV was also unsafe and unusable because it had not been properly inspected. The owner later acknowledged that the spare had not been inspected before our rental. As a result, we were stranded for hours in an unfamiliar area, hours away from the nearest rental car. We had no choice but to arrange alternate transportation at significant personal expense. We lost our vacation, our children were frightened while stranded on the roadside for hours, and our family members had to cancel their own camping trip because our plans completely fell apart. The tire that failed also appeared to be significantly worn, raising additional concerns about the overall maintenance of the RV. In our opinion, this RV should never have been rented in that condition. To make matters worse, after our trip was ruined due to documented maintenance issues, the owner attempted to hold us responsible for what appears to be another mechanical issue involving the automatic leveling system—even though we used it only as intended by pressing the Auto Level button. Safety should be the highest priority for every RV owner. Based on our experience, we believe Outdoorsy should carefully investigate whether this RV meets the maintenance and safety standards expected for rentals before it is offered to another family. We cannot recommend renting this RV or from this owner based on our experience.

Lisa's RV was a blast to drive and vacation with. Everything worked exactly as it should, communication was solid, and would definitely rent again.

Lisa was very flexible with the pickup and drop-off times, which made things stress-free for us. Our kids had the best time and didn’t want the trip to end. We’d gladly rent from Lisa again on our next adventure!
