What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are fairly flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, so please let us know what you're thinking and we'll do our best to accommodate your requests! We know a lot of our renters are flying in from out of town, and while we do have small children, jobs, and other things that require our time, we will do our best to find a time that works for all of us!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We include a thorough walk-through orientation before you depart with the RV, so these details will all be covered. Before the trip we also send you a PDF of our Renter's Guide, which includes this info as well. If you're curious, however, we recommend watching Youtube videos of how to operate a Winnebago View 24J! Videos can be super helpful in preparing for your trip!

Do you offer delivery?
A.
For an additional fee, we can possibly arrange delivery within the local zip code of 80027 as well as Boulder and Broomfield. Due to our time constraints (i.e. kids, jobs, kid's activities, etc.) we prefer to handle pick-up and drop-off at our home in Superior.
Q.
Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?
A.
We have picked up and dropped off renters at the airport in the past; however, this would incur an extra fee because the airport is about 40 minutes away and requires toll roads. We would also need to make sure we are available to do the pick-up and drop-off, so we handle this on a case by case basis. We highly recommend, if possible, that you Uber, Lyft, or shuttle from the airport to our house, because it has historically been cheaper for you than our add-on fee!
