This newer Apex Ultra Lite 245bhs is great for a couples retreat or for the whole family! Very spacious inside with 1 large automatic slide, yet only 4800 lbs dry weight. It has a separate master bedroom with plenty of closet space and under bed storage. There is also a flat screen tv with stereo/DVD player that flips around for either the bedroom or living room. Eat around a huge u-shaped dinette and cook in a spacious modern kitchen with a 2 door fridge/freezer that runs on propane or battery/shore power. There are 2 double size bunks in the rear and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.Outside is a large automatic awning with led lights along the base. There is a big outdoor kitchen that includes a fridge, drawer, bar storage and pullout propane grill (propaine included). Up front is a large storage door that goes through to the other side.RV includes all necessary utility hookups and hoses (power, sewer, water, and tv cable). Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and tableware.We are all about you bringing your furry friends with you on your getaway! Please be advised any extra cleaning needed or damages will be the responsibility of the renter.If we are delivering it to a site for you:
-Make sure that you book a site that accommodates a 28’ travel trailer with 1 slide
- 30- amp service required.
- Notify the campground that we will be delivering and picking up the unit so they will give us access to do so.
- Delivery and Set-up includes: leveling, all slides out, water, sewer (if you booked a full hook-up site) and electric.
- Household items such as toilet paper and paper towels are initially provided but any refills needed are handled by you.Cosa è inclusoKitchen is fully stocked with tableware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, ice maker, and coffee maker (Pods).We provide 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, and 2 rolls of paper towels.
