Proper ID required.
No smoking policy — We ask that absolutely no one smoke inside the camper. You, Will, Lose your security deposit. No Exceptions.

ELECTRICAL HOOKUPSAdditional Fees — There is a $75.00 fee for cleaning, LP gas use, and disinfecting the Camper for the next Guest. The Blackwater, gray water, and Freshwater tanks must be brought back empty.When you pay a deposit with a credit card it is run as a Pre-Authorization a hold is placed on that credit card for the security amount. If the Camper is returned in the same condition, and all rules and requirements have been met, then your Bank will lift the hold. If there is any damage to the camper, then the cost of damages will come out of the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the security deposit, you are responsible for and additional costs and or fees.Cash payments of the security deposits will be refunded 7-10 days once the camper has been returned, all have been inspected and all Rental Rules and Requirements have been met, a Refund will be issued in the form of a company check within 7 to 10 days. Pet Fees- there is a minimum of $50.00 non-refundable Fee Per Pet. Two Pets Maximum allowed. No puppies, birds, or cats are allowed. Not all campers are pet-friendly. Please notify us if you plan to bring a pet at the time of reservation and we will let you know which campers are available. Failure to notify us at a time if the reservation will result in forfeiture of your $250.00 security deposit. No Exceptions!

5John was a savior …someone else cancelled our RV 2 hours before we were to leave. John jumped in to get his RV delivered to us with in hours so we could enjoy our family celebration. The RV was really nice & he provided all the extra’s. Communication was awesome! I highly recommend!
