2018 Keystone Springdale Trailer- **This Trailer IS Delivery Only**Owner will deliver it to a prearranged campsite and set up basics needed to enjoy your holiday, all you have to do is bring yourselves, towels, bedding(pillows as well) and whatever else you might need to enjoy your holiday.We will be providing toilet paper as we only want RV-grade toilet paper as that's all that can go in the septic tank.
There will be septic fees if there's no sewer hook ups.**Trailer must be returned cleaned to how you got it or a cleaning fee will be applied at the end of your trip**We are dog small friendly-good behaviour is a must-(Dog cleaning fee needs to be added on in add-ons section or it will be added at end of rental and come out of your damage deposit)Sleeps 7 comfortably as it has a Premium Quality queen bed/mattress which is in its own private room, also has double-wide bunks (top bunk has a 250-pound weight limit) so would sleep an adult on each or a couple of kids. The dining table also converts into a bed for 2 if needed, also the couch will pull out into a bed for a child as it's too small for an adult to sleep on. This trailer has Air conditioning for those hot days and a furnace in case it gets chilly.Fridge with freezer and propane stove in the unit, along with shower/bathtub in the bathroom.

**No smoking, Vaping, or drug use is allowed inside the trailer, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. In the event of remediation being needed all charges of the remediation specialist PLUS a $100 service fee will be taken out of the renters security deposit and any of the remaining balance will be returned to the renter as long as there are no other overages.
**Please NO cooking of strong smelling foods or deep frying inside the trailer, this could leave a long lasting smell that may need extensive cleaning to remove the pungent orders and will come out of the renters damage deposit.
