If you plan to use the camper as a toy hauler (ATVs, bikes, etc.):
1. Clean Before Loading – Please make sure your toys are clean before loading them into the trailer.
2. Drop & Load Option – You’re welcome to bring your toys and load them up at our house before heading out.
3. Advance Notice Required – If you plan to haul toys, let us know in advance so we can move the rear beds and make space.

We understand that pets are part of the family, and well-behaved pets are welcome! To keep our camper clean and comfortable for everyone:
• Limit: 1 pet per rental
• Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended unless crated
• No pets on the beds or furniture
• Non-refundable pet fee: $50 per rental
• Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside and outside the camper
