Don't be fooled by my small stature as I do come optioned nicely for my size. I do have a furnace, AC unit up top, and hot water heater! I am great for camping on those smaller sites or even going off the grid. I do come with a 16 gallon freshwater tank for when your going out in the middle of no where. My bed is not quite a full queen bed so snuggling up with a second person may be required. If you have any questions please do not hesitate give us a call or shoot over a message. Ask for Eric!
