- No smoking or vaping inside the trailer (if any evidence is found, a $500 fee will apply)
- Trailer must be left clean and in the same condition as when it is delivered/picked up (if not, a minimum fee of $100 or more will apply depending on the amount of cleaning or repairs required)
- If you are picking up the trailer please return it with water tanks and septic empty (if septic has not been emptied, a fee of $200 will apply if you plan to return the septic full, you can pre-pay this fee by selecting the add-on now)
- If the trailer is being delivered, please select the Convenience Package add-on (this fee covers filling the water tank prior to delivery and emptying the septic tank at the end of your reservation) ** Please note that if you are camping somewhere where no septic dump is available, you must select the $200 septic prepayment option instead
- If the trailer is being delivered, please be mindful of your water consumption as it will need to last for the duration of your trip (if requested, we can return to your site if we are available to re-fill the water and empty the septic for an extra fee of $125 plus additional for travel depending on the rental location)Cosa è inclusoAll inclusions are listed above.

5Peyton was amazing. He took his time to set up the RV in the exact spot I wanted it in. He also explained all of its features carefully. Peyton made the process really simple and treated me with great care and flexibility. I'd love to rent from him again!
