Great little 13 ft camper. Can get it in most places bigger ones can't go. One full size bed and the dinette also folds down to a bed. It sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids (kids 10 and under). We don't use toilet and shower but you can as long as its cleaned and dumped. AC, microwave, 2 burner stove, gas furnace, sink, outdoor shower, hot water. Very clean, very new, very awesome. Everyone stops by to ask about this camper.
